How to disable live video notifications on Facebook ?

Facebook has recently introduced the “Facebook Live”, a live video streaming operate that permits Facebook users to broadcast the events in real time to their friends and their followers. Method 2:

The next time you get a live notification, click on the upside-down caret which is at the top-right corner of the notifications box.  Then a pop-up menu will provide you the option to “turn off live video notifications” from that friend.
